Miranda García Bayarte

Miranda is graduated in Law from San Jorge University, having completed her first two years at the University of Deusto (Double Degree in Law and International Relations), where she acquired a broad knowledge of International and European Union Law, as well as International Relations.

She completed the Master’s degree in Legal Practice and Court Representation (Acceso a la Abogacía y la Procura) at San Jorge University, and her final research dissertation addressed the waiver of company directors’ non-compete duty in corporate transactions

Prior to joining Brexia Legal, she completed training in the commercial and civil law departments of firms such as Lacasa Abogados, Palacios & Partners, Segura & García-Figueras Abogados and GM Abogados, with a focus on Commercial Law and Corporate Law, M&A, and Insolvency law.

She has built a strong track record in public speaking and debate, winning first prize at ESIC University’s National Pre-University Debate Tournament and honing her argumentation, negotiation and advocacy skills in the process.

She volunteers at Aspanoa in paediatric oncology. Her personal interests include travelling and fashion.
