María Pilar Valenzuela Mínguez

A lawyer specialising in corporate law, restructuring and insolvency. She has a solid track record in insolvency, including corporate restructuring processes, judicial insolvency proceedings, and the transfer of production units. She has represented creditors and companies in crisis from diverse sectors such as textiles, agri-food and technology.

She has advised the Spanish subsidiaries of multinational companies on their establishment and expansion, with a particular focus on commercial and consumer issues. She has also provided ongoing legal advice to public entities from both the Public Law department at Garrigues and the legal advisory service at esPublico.

Throughout her professional career, she has worked for leading firms such as Garrigues and Tribeca Abogados and has also collaborated in the field of public consulting. She regularly participates as a speaker and moderator in training activities organised by the Royal and Illustrious Bar Association of Zaragoza, particularly those focusing on commercial and insolvency matters.

Outside of her professional work, María Pilar is a qualified pianist and has a passion for cinema and reading.
