Arturo Guillén Ginés

A lawyer specialising in Corporate Transactions, Restructuring & Insolvency, and Civil and Commercial Litigation, with a career focused on providing legal advice to domestic and international companies in the field of Commercial Law — corporate and M&A. Since 2026, he has been part of the Brexia Legal team, concentrating his practice on M&A transactions, restructuring processes and insolvency proceedings.

He began his professional career in Madrid, practising at top-tier national and international firms and gaining extensive experience in corporate law and corporate restructuring transactions, primarily M&A.

He has also participated in civil and commercial litigation proceedings and in the negotiation, drafting and review of commercial contracts. He has provided legal advice relating to dealings between companies, distributors, suppliers, and strategic partners.

Arturo is graduated in Business, Administration and Management from the University of Zaragoza and in Law from San Jorge University. He also completed a dual Master’s degree in Legal Practice (Acceso a la Abogacía) and Business Law at Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE).

He is a keen alpine skier, cyclist and mountain enthusiast.
